The second master suite features one queen size beds, also with Simms recharge pillow-top mattresses, 40" flat screen smart TV, large walk in closet, private bathroom with tile shower/tub combo, and sink.
Bunkroom
The third bedroom has a bathroom with a tile shower/tub combo, 2 bunk bed sets that feature a twin over full bed and 2 bunk bed sets that feature a twin over twin bed, all with comfortable mattresses.
All beds have a mattress protector and a spare set of sheets.
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room Area
Set up with place settings for up to 20 people, stocked with crock pot, griddle, waffle maker, toaster, pots and pans, blender, beaters, cookie sheets, glass casserole dish, and cake pans, coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked for you to be able to cook and create meals as if you were in your own home. Includes 4 bar stools, and a kitchen table that can seat 6-7 people.
There is a ½ bath located off the kitchen and living room.
Has a HD 55" smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player. 2 comfortable leather couches and a coffee table.

There is a community pool and hot tub with plenty of area and lounge chairs for relaxing. Pool is heated year-round.

The condo is 10 minutes from down town St George. It is close to the freeway so it is easy to get to St George or if you are going to Zion National Park. This townhouse is just off the Washington Parkway exit set back in with great views of Pine Valley Mountain and the Red Cliffs. It is within 10 minutes to downtown St. George, within 45 minutes to Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir and the Sand Hollow Sand Dunes. Near many golf courses and hiking trails, within walking distance to a park that has a splash pad, and bike trails.
